Care is needed Flexible Monday - Sunday between the hours of only Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on 3/8/2024. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry, Personal Care - Bathing - CG on stand by and help with cleaning her back, Grooming - Client needs help with washing hair in the kitchen sink once a week, Medication Reminders - client takes medicine 4 times daily, Companionship & Communication.
