CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Martinsburg, WV. Care is needed and days and times to be determined upon hire and caregiver should be able to start after Dec 3rd. This job is 6 hours total with 3 visits at 2 hours each. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: occasional bathing (assistance getting in/out h/5'1 w/118lbs), grooming ( assistance with getting dressed), toileting (assistance getting to the bathroom), transferring/mobility (to help get from chairs, get into bed, walk along side you support), transportation (assistance getting to appts, running errands, grocery shopping), meal prep (simple meals), occasional light housekeeping (possibly help with sweeping/moping, changing bed linens, or laundry), possible medication reminder, companionship visit with her.
