CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Easton, MD. Care is needed 4 Hours Shifts Bi- Weekly at 10 AM - 2 PM Flexible Days and the caregiver should be able to start ASAP. This job is approximately 2 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: 🛁Bathing: (grab bar/Shower Chair) Yes Moderate make sure member is ok maybe help turn on water and make sure he does not fall 🏃♀️Transferring and Mobility: Yes 👩🦳👨🦳Equipment (walker, cane, wheelchair?): Cane or Walker 🚕Transportation: Yes 👫Companionship: Yes Organizing things with member 🍔🍟Meal Prep: Yes👚Laundry/Housekeeping: Yes (Went over light housekeeping with Members wife)💊Medication Reminders: Yes.
