CareLinx and Michigan Area Agency on Aging 1-B are partnering to provide thousands of Michigan AAA members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Howell MI. Care is needed 1st shift 4 hours with possibly changing to overnight shift and caregiver should be able to start asap. This job is approximately 4 hours first visit... possibly changing to overnight. This is a 575.00 voucher program 20. hr = 14 visits at 2 hour increments with hours based upon member needs within the voucher benefit allowed. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to Michigan AAA through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: must be able to lift member (161 pounds), feeding, bathing,(sponge bath) toileting, brushing teeth, socialize/companionship (engaging her, lotion on after bath) grooming, dressing, . All applicants will be considered. Please note, qualifying for this job will allow you to work with other members under this elite program.
