Need enthusiastic, honest, and compassionate caregivers located near Dearborn, MI to help care for my Mother needing perineal care and help with transfers (no meal prep or household maintenance needed). We are considering hiring three seperate professionals on a staggered schedule, to ensure coverage on call off situations or no shows. We are considering seperate professional coverage M- F for two am shifts, and an afternoon / evening shift, with a seperate weekend person to cover both shifts. Any suggestions are welcome! Daily schedule Monday - Sunday would be 6:00a-8:00am, 11:30p-12:30p, 3:30p-4:30p and 8:00p to 9p for a total of 35 hrs weekly. The caregiver is expected to help with bathing, dressing & grooming, toileting, and transferring & mobility. Applicant will need to be familiar with use of a sit to stand lift for shower / bed / wheelchair transfers. No stroke or dementia care needed. Mother has full decisional capability, but no longer has use of legs due to extreme osteoarthritis. Dedicated and serious applicants only.
