My mother is a 100% disable Vet who will need be gotten up in the A.M., bathed, dressed, fed, and given her medication, and the same done at bedtime. Some one is not needed a straight 4 hour, but 2 hrs in the morning, and then 2 at bed time to do the evening duties.
