CareLinx and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Charlotte, NC. Care is needed for 3 weeks M-F for 3 weeks for 4 hours daily and caregiver should be able to start after September 19th . This job is approximately for 3 weeks M-F at 9am 1pm daily. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to Blue Cross NC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing h/5'8" w/123lbs (grab bars, seat, assistance with getting and bathing), grooming (helping him get dressed), toileting (changing depends and cleaning up it is mainly urine), transferring/mobility (helping him get in and out of bed up from the electric recliner chair), occasional transportation ( medical appointments all local), meal prep (just warm up a cup of soup), light housekeeping (change bed linens, clean bathroom, pick up his bedroom).
