* Hours (2 people) * Weekday (1st person) * Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. * Weekend (2nd person) * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. * Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. * Comp Plan * Pay - $23/hr * Pay Dates: 1st and 15th of the month, or the first business day thereafter * Employment status: Independent contractor (1099) * Time-keeping: Time-clock (iPhone or Android app) * Direct Deposit * How to address clients * Dr. Smith * Mrs. Smith * Attire * Professional scrubs and name tag required.
