CareLinx and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Angier, NC. Care is needed Flexible on days but needs to be in the afternoon looking for someone to come in 2 to 3 days per week and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 2 to 6 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to Blue Cross NC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing assistance (someone on standby while she takes a shower) h/5'3" w/ 220llbs, assistance with grooming (just getting her clothes for her so she can get dressed), transportation (run to the pharmacy, doctor appts and to the grocery store, all local) meal prep ( basic simple meals ie, pork chops peas and instant potatoes, very simple meals), light housekeeping ( clean bathroom/kitchen, sweeping/mopping, dishes, laundry, changing bed linens lives in a small apartment).
