Care is needed Thursday & Sunday between the hours of Monring/Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on 10/26/23. This job is approximately 4hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Transportation - Excrise - client has location that offer Excrise classes, Grocery shopping, Church on Sunday Morning 10a - 12p weekly and Monthly Meeting she attend last Thursday of every month - Evening Shift meeting starts at 6pm ❗ Church and Monthly Meeting will be held at Location: 2041 Old Fanning Bridge Rd Mills River, NC 28759- Google distance: 29 min (19.9 miles) All applicants will be considered.
