CareLinx and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBS-NC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Southport, NC. Care is needed 5pm - 12am and 1am - 9am and the caregiver should be able to start on Wednesday 10/24. This job is approximately 28 hrs for the 5pm-12am shifts and 32 hours for the 1am -9am shifts per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to BCBS-NC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Grooming - dress/undress, Toileting - assistance as needed, Transfer/Mobility - when he first stands up he is unstable, Companionship, Meal prep - dinner and breakfast, Housekeeping - keep things tidy, Med reminders, Exercise - Walk with him outside.
