CareLinx and BCBS are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Cameron, NC 28326. Care is needed Monday, Wednesday and Thursday Afternoon 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm 5hrs each day shift, caregiver should be able to start on TBD. This job is approximately 15 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry, Personal Care - Bathing - CG on stand by, Transferring & Mobility - use a rollator - fall risk, Transportation Doctor appointment, Pharmacy, Shopping, Etc, Companionship & Communication Lunch dates - Others: hard of hearing. Client needs the CG present during schedule doctors to take notes for family since the client is hard of hearing. All applicants will be considered.
