Care is needed Monday - Sunday between the hours of Morning/Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry Vacuum, take out trash, Personal Care - Bathing - CG on stand by when showering, Transportation to Grocery Store, the Laundromat and visiting husband grave - 140 N Highland Ave, Nyack, NY 10960, get her nails done, the post office and etc, Transferring & Mobility - use a cane - uneasy on your feet.
