Seeking a warm, engaging caregiver for my 82-year-old mother recovering from a hip fracture. She is medically stable, mildly cognitively impaired, and capable with encouragement. We believe maintaining independence is an important part of dignity, so this is not passive care — we value helping her do things for herself. Duties include dressing assistance, mobility support, exercises, light meal prep, companionship, and occasional local driving. One evening per week includes light wind-down support. Reliable, patient candidates comfortable with hands-on care preferred. This is a W-2 position. Occasional light travel possible.
