CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver nearManasquan, NJ. Care is needed with days and times determined upon and caregiver should be able to start after April 18th. This job is 12 hours total with 6 visits at 2 hours each. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing assistance (assist with wrapping leg in plastic and get in out of the shower h/5'4" w/162lbs ) grooming ( assist member with changing bandage), transportation ( run to pharmacy, grocery shopping, medical appts 2 miles away May 17th ), light housekeeping ( laundry, organization, take out the trash), occasional meal prep (possibly make a simple meal). All applicants will be considered. Please note, qualifying for this job will allow you to work with other members under this elite program.
