We are looking for a licensed LPN to accompany our 4-year-old child to daycare/school in Jersey City. The main responsibility is to stay with the child during school hours and provide supervision and support as needed. Duties may occasionally include helping with feeding and diaper changes. Our child has a Broviac central line, but there is no TPN or IV infusion during school hours. The job is generally light and mainly involves accompanying the child at school and being available in case any medical issue arises. A current New Jersey LPN license is required. Pediatric experience is preferred, and experience with central lines/Broviac is a plus. Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 4–6 hours per day, depending on the child’s school schedule and adjustment.
