We are seeking a calm, reliable overnight caregiver to provide companionship and light support for my father in his home in Las Vegas. This role is ideal for a certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or similarly credentialed caregiver who enjoys overnight care in a low-maintenance setting. Schedule: Overnight shift (approximately 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM) This position is primarily for overnight supervision and peace of mind. My father is mostly independent and requires minimal hands-on care. We are looking for someone who can be present overnight and assist as needed. Responsibilities include: - Overnight presence and reassurance - Being nearby to ensure safety when he uses the bathroom or showers (no hands-on bathing required) - Taking blood pressure and oxygen readings - Light cleanup after him - Preparing a simple breakfast in the morning - General safety awareness and fall prevention Qualifications: - Active HHA certification (or equivalent caregiver certification) - Experience with seniors; familiarity with CKD or dialysis patients is a plus - Calm, attentive, and dependable - Comfortable with overnight shifts in a private home This is a private-pay position in a respectful, supportive home environment with consistent hours. Certification is required for insurance reimbursement purposes, though the day-to-day care needs are light.
