I am seeking experienced overnight caregiver(s) located near Las Vegas, NV to help care for my father in his home. We are looking to cover overnight care, 7 nights per week, ideally 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM, starting January 6, 2026. This role may be filled by one caregiver for a set number of nights per week or by two caregivers sharing the schedule. Responsibilities include: • Assistance with toileting • Safe transfers and mobility • Light bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed • Overnight supervision and reassurance • Fall prevention and safety awareness Qualifications: • Prior experience caring for older adults • Comfortable with hands-on transfers and overnight care • Experience with medically complex patients (CKD/dialysis experience a plus) • Calm, reliable, and attentive overnight presence • CNA certification is a plus, but not required with strong experience This is a private-pay opportunity in a supportive, respectful home environment with consistent hours and competitive compensation.
