Care is needed schedule between the hours of 12:30 - 4pm and caregiver should be able to start on 3/24/2024. This job is approximately 3 hrs & a half per shift. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Transportation - visiting relates that is located Massapequa, NY 20 mins by car, In the future Light Housekeeping/Laundry.
