In search of a reliable caregiver to take care of Grandfather, located near Mexico, NY. I am in need of assistance 4 days per week in the morning, afternoon, and evening. 25 hours per week of None is needed to start October 25, 2026. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: companionship, meal prep, housekeeping, transportation, bathing, dressing & grooming, toileting, and transferring & mobility. My great grandfather Clyde is currently living at home with his wife who has memory problems and his daughter who is desperately trying to keep it together. My great grandfather is in his mid 90's and my Grandmother is in her late 70's. They live on a working hay farm in Mexico, NY 13114. There has been referrals to hospice due to pneumonia and a very likely UTI. I work in the field of hospice and would love to see him on some morphine and emotional and medical support and advice for my Grandma and Great Grandma. My great grandfather is minimally responsive now and not consuming much food or liquid. He is incontinent of both urine and bowels.
