CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits . Female UHC member needing Female vaxed caregiver, near, Freeport, NY . Care is needed once weekly would like Tuesday 10am morning . This job is approximately 2hrs once a week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing ( has a walk in shower and shower chair) help with bathing , dry her off, help her get dressed, Fix a meal (no food allergies), Commode in the room has to be emptied, Light Housekeeping - change bed linen, tidying up her room.
