Seeking a compassionate evening caregiver for a nightly tuck-in service for my elderly father near Rockaway Park, NY. He is pleasant, mobile, and fully capable of doing his own hygiene, but needs routine guidance to transition from the couch to his bed. SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday evenings, 1 hour per night (approx. 10:45 PM – 11:45 PM). Start Date: ASAP. DUTIES: Arrive at 10:45 PM and provide an in-person verbal reminder to head to bed. Wait and prompt him as he gets ready (remind him to take nighttime pills, brush his teeth). Escort him safely to his bedroom and ensure he is tucked into bed. COMPENSATION: Paying a premium hourly rate due to the short shift. Ideal for a local caregiver or student living in the Rockaway area looking for quick, consistent evening work.
