CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Brunswick, OH. Care is needed Dec 4, 5, 6, 11,12,13,18,19, or 26 afternoons 12:30 or 1pm and caregiver should be able to start in Dec. This job is 12 hours total with visit starting at 2 hours each. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing assistance ( help get in has a bath bench and wash body as necessary) grooming ( assistance with getting dressed), occasional assistance with toileting (help change depends as needed), transferring/mobility (help him get up and walk alongside for assistance h/5'11 w/188lbs), occasional transportation (possibly take him for labs help get him in/out of the car), light housekeeping ( clean bathroom, sweep/mopping, dusting, vacuuming, possible help with changing bed linens/laundry), All applicants will be considered.
