Carelinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits is looking for a caregiver Grand Warren, OH Care is needed for 6 hrs total. Days and times will be determined later, Member is flexible with shift times, 3 to 6hr shift Caregivers start date will be determined after interview. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Companionship, Member needs soneone with him at all times, toileting, diaper, mobility All applicants will be considered.
