LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO WORK M, W, F from 10am-2pm!! My grandmother is 83 and in stage 5 (moderate) dementia. She is physically independent and can walk, use the restroom, and manage basic daily tasks, but needs reminders, gentle guidance, and supervision due to memory loss and confusion. She is in good spirits and enjoys music, family time, and calm activities. She responds best to patience, reassurance, and a consistent, relaxed routine. We are seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver (age 40+) with at least 4 years of dementia care experience. Experience managing agitation, resistance, and redirection is essential. Responsibilities include routine support, meal prep, medication reminders, safety monitoring, light housekeeping, and companionship while maintaining a calm and supportive environment.
