– Job requirement – 👵🏼 Patient special needs: Bathing (sponge bath), Transfer and mobility (Hoyer lift, transfer board, gait belt) TOILETING (change briefs), COMPANIONSHIP 👵 Condition: vascular dementia, fractured, pelvis, sacrum and collar bone, uses a wheelchair and walker with assistance. H: 5'4, W: 170 lbs 👚 CG traits: female or male 📅 Start date: ASAP 🕓 Set days and time?: Flex Monday - Sunday AM/PM shift 3hrs weekly, hours is subjected to change - TBD
