Care shift days can be flexible, and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP . The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Light housekeeping, Grocery shopping/ Errand run, Transportation to and from Dr and grocery, Transfer/ Mobility assistance , Meal prep This job is approximately 1 x weekly for 2 hours 8 hours monthly – Wednesday preferred, Later afternoon Apts 3pm or 4 pm All applicants will be considered. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans.
