CareLinx and UHC are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for caregivers near Yukon, OK. Care is needed for 4 hours a week, days and times are flexible, and caregiver should be able to start in the next few weeks. Member will be having knee surgery on June 22nd so mobility will be limited. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan through use of digital care plans. Primary role would be light housekeeping, medication reminders, grocery pick up, and companionship.
