CareLinx and United Healthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Oklahoma City, OK. Care is needed Mon/Wed and Friday pick up from dialysis shift will be 11am-2pm and the caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 9 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing – total as needed, Grooming – help him to stand as his wife dresses/undresses him, Transfer/Mobility – help getting to the bathroom, Companionship after dialysis, Transportation – 3 days pick up from dialysis and take him home and stay a couple of hours.
