We are looking for a kind and friendly caregiver to assist our mother with chores, errands, and personal care at her home in southeast Portland. We'd like the care to start within the next week and are looking for up to 3 visits a week in the afternoons, on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays typically. Visits would usually be about 2 hours long. The hourly rate for this job is $17. Female caregiver preferred. The caregiver's responsibilities include light housekeeping (dusting, garbage, on-site laundry), transportation, prescription pickups, retrieve mail, grocery shopping, bathing assistance (hair washing in most instances), and companionship. **Optimal Aging approved caregivers only**
