– Job requirement – 🚨 Impt info: Services is needed for Husband and Wife 👵 Condition: Husband use walker - fall risk, Alzheimer, Wife recently had a stroke 👵🏼 Patient special needs: Bathing - supervised assistance with bathing, including support getting in and out of the shower to ensure safety and prevent falls, · Dressing - if needed · Meal Preparation & Feeding - (Washing dishes after making meals) · Groceries & Shopping · Companionship · Transferring & Mobility - use walker - fall risk, Alzheimer, client home has stairs. · Transportation - Doctor's Appointments, Pharmacy/Medication Refills, Groceries/Shopping 👚 CG traits: Female/Male 📅 Start date: ASAP 🕓 Set days and time?: Flexible Monday - Sunday Morning/Afternoon 4hrs twice a week. 🎈 Hired before? & experience?: 🐶🐱Pets In The Home: Yes 2 Dog can be put away. – Interview and next steps – 💰 Budget and payment source: UHC 📳 Ok to share contact with cg?: Yes Please send the client text message before calling.
