I am seeking a patient caregiver located near Forest Grove, OR to help care for myself. I am in need of care Thursday morning, and Thursday afternoon. I would like the None to begin October 23, 2026 and estimate 10.0 hours per week. The caregiver is expected to help with meal prep, bathing, transferring & mobility, transportation, companionship, medication reminders, housekeeping, and dressing & grooming.
