Reliable Vaccinated caregiver needed for companionship for my dad. Starting 11/17 thru 11/21, we need a mid day shift for 4 hours each day, he is in the hospital. We would like to have 3 to 4 visits each week thereafter for 4 hours each visit and for this to continue once he is discharged to Farmington Square. Companionship is the only thing that is needed - he has dementia and heart failure. We would like the shift to start maybe 12:30pm and go to 4:30pm. We can be a little flexible on the hours. Caregiver will be paid $22.00/hr. ****Optimal Aging Approved Vaccinated Caregivers Only****
