CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Milton, PA. Care is needed preferably Saturday or Sunday and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: occasional bathing assistance ( helping getting in/out of shower has shower chair walk in shower) mobility ( assit with getting up, walking alongside for support h/5'7" w/135lbs), toileting (assist with getting to commode), grooming ( assist with putting on lotion), meal prep (simple meals), light housekeeping ( clean bathroom, dishes, dusting), medication reminders ( reminder and then make sure none of the pills drop when he takes his medicine due to vision issues), companionship ( loves to sing, talk about places he has traveled during being in the Navy/red cross, very involved with his church).
