Client is wheelchair-bound and in need of in-home support services. Client needs assistance with: Grooming (some assistance required) Transferring & mobility (some assistance required; wheelchair use) Meal preparation (dressing/meal prep support) Home environment: smoking present, no pets reported. Client is requesting female caregiver availability. Schedule request: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday Morning / Afternoon/ Evening 4 hours once per week Total: 12 hours per month
