CareLinx and UHC are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for caregivers near Sioux Falls, SD. Care is needed for 2 hours a week, flexible with days but would prefer mornings. 6 hours post discharge but more hours could be available in the future. Caregivers should be able to start soon You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan through use of digital care plans. Primary role would be light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, toileting, and grooming.
