CareLinx and UHC are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits and are looking for caregivers near LaFollette, TN. Care is needed for 2 hours a week, 8 hours a week, Monday or Friday, late afternoons. Caregiver should be able to start ASAP. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan through use of digital care plans. Primary role would be light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, meal prep, mobility assistance, and transportation for errands.
