I am seeking a empathetic, reliable, and punctual caregiver located near El Paso, TX to help care for Grandmother. Experience with dementia is a must. Help is needed approximately 1 day per week. Ideally 3 hours per week with flexible scheduling as needed. Caregiver's duties will include companionship, meal prep, housekeeping, and transportation. Dedicated and serious applicants only. My grandmother is resistant and may be rude or defensive. I need a caregiver who can act as a personal assistant or friend and won't be offended by per potential agitation. She needs flexible scheduling for doctors appointments and trips to the grocery store when needed.
