We are seeking an experienced, professional caregiver to provide part-time companionship and light assistance within a private household. The primary role is supporting an older gentleman with walks, routine, companionship, and medication oversight. The position also includes light, respectful support for his spouse, focused on reducing household stress and maintaining a peaceful environment. 4 to 5 hour shifts between approximately 1pm to 5 to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Consistent routine, with occasional flexibility if extended time is needed. Accompanying and supporting short daily walks and occasional outings. Promoting and ensuring safe mobility and independence. Encouraging routine and daily structure. Medication reminders and management, checking vital signs (Heart rate, blood pressure. Oxygen saturation) .Providing respectful companionship. Supporting established household routines, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping. Observing and reporting any concerns to family. We Are Looking For Someone Who Demonstrates sound judgment and situational awareness. Understands dignity-preserving support for both individuals and us respectful. Can balance friendly engagement with comfortable quiet presence. Maintains clear professional boundaries. Uses personal devices only when appropriate and necessary. Is punctual, dependable, and consistent. Has previous experience supporting older adults in private homes. References and relevant experience required.
