Caregiver for 77 year old parents

I am looking for a caregiver for both my 77-year-old parents. Morning and Evening shifts. At this time, my father needs the most care. He is currently bed bound but is doing therapy to built his strength and walk again. He needs someone to hand him his medications that are in his pill box, change his diaper, cook simple meals for him (he feeds himself) and my mother, change his clothes, bathe him, basic exercise in bed or with his walker and help him get ready for dialysis three days a week. Once he gets stronger, the caregiver will be responsible to take him to/from dialysis which is also in Mesquite. We are currently using a separate company for transportation that takes him in his wheelchair. My mom also needs help. She is mobile with a walker. She needs reminders to take her medicines, help with light housekeeping, baths, and assistance running errands and going to doctor appointments. The caregiver will have access to my parents' minivan. Must have a good driving record. They do have a dog who is in a crate at night and goes outside during the day, weather permitting. Non-smoking household and prefer someone who is a non-smoker as well. Hours are Mondays - Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and Mondays- Saturdays p.m. 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. Open to multiple caregivers to fill various days. Occasional Sundays as well on an as needed basis but it would be very rare. Current or past CNA experience a plus.
