We are looking for a caring, dependable helper for our 19-year-old autistic son. He is non-verbal but very sweet, full of energy, and loves getting out and about. We would love to find someone who can spend time with him a few hours a day, a few times a week (schedule is flexible). What the role looks like: • Hanging out and keeping him engaged • Going on outings such as the pool, grocery store, movies, or gym • Helping him stay busy and active in a positive way • Providing companionship and patience What we’re looking for: • Experience working with individuals with special needs (especially autism) • Someone patient, friendly, and reliable • A person who would enjoy being not just a helper, but also a friend to him We are a working family and are hoping to find someone who can step in as extra support.
