Care is needed Flexible Monday - Sunday between the hours of Morning/Afternoon and caregiver should be able to start on TBD. This job is approximately2 hours per week| 4hrs weekly for the 1st 3 weeks . You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to the health plan using digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include Light Housekeeping/Laundry, Meal Preparation, Personal Care - Bathing - CG on stand-by when client is bathing, Transferring & Mobility - recently had heart surgrey - use awalker - fall risk, Medication Reminders, Companionship & Communication, Transportation Doctor appointment, Pharmacy, Shopping, Et - if needed.
