We are seeking a strong, compassionate caregiver to assist Liz, who is living with scleroderma and requires daily support. Liz is 5’8” and 120 lbs and needs hands-on physical assistance to stand from all seating positions. The caregiver must also be attentive to Liz’s medical condition and monitor for any health changes. Primary Responsibilities: • Physically assist Liz with sit-to-stand transfers (chairs, bed, wheelchair, etc.) • Medication reminders • Personal hygiene and bathroom assistance • Monitor Liz’s overall wellbeing, watching for symptoms related to scleroderma Requirements: • Physically able to assist with lifting and safe transfers • Experience with chronic illness or medical monitoring preferred • CPR/First Aid certification strongly preferred • Kind, patient, dependable, and attentive communicator
