CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits . Female UHC member needing Female vaxed caregiver, near ,Dallas, TX. Care is needed once weekly Sun 9am . This job is approximately 4hrs every other week once a week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Can walk with walker into bathroom give her shower , help her get dressed and take her to Transportation to Zion Lutheran Church - 9am every other Sunday Address: 6121 E Lovers Ln, Dallas, TX 75214 All applicants will be considered.
