CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Hideaway, TX for a couple! Care is needed Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm once a week and caregiver should be able to start ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Light Housekeeping (change bed linens, dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, laundry, wipe down surfaces, tidy up as needed); Meal Prep (heat up and serve meal while on shift); Medication Reminders; Companionship (sit, talk, watch tv) for Two people. Bathing and Grooming- for him (Walk in shower - no full lifting) brush teeth, comb & brush hair, change clothes, assist member with shaving (no full shaving); Dressing and Grooming Only- for her (brush teeth, comb & brush hair, change clothes); Toileting- for him (help going to and from, change as needed).
