CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Georgetown, TX. Care is needed about once a month for a few days while the wife is out of town, she will give CG as much notice as possible, she goes to visit family and needs someone w/ her husband while she is gone. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: meal prep (getting him something to drink, cause he has trouble getting out of his chair, sitting w/ him while he cooks and helping as needed) light housekeeping (get the mail, take out the trash) transfer/mobility (he is a very high fall risk, uses a walker) medication reminders, exercise (encourage him to get up and move around the house and uses his hand/arm weights).
