Will only review applications who live in 77018 Zip Code (or adjacent zip code) to help care for 101 year old Grandmother. I need assistance every morning and evening, approximately 3 hours each and occasionally more hours or worked within existing hours taken to doctor appoint. Therefore someone must drive. We usually have multiple caregivers so the hours can range from 10- 40 hours depending on the day/time of the week . The caregiver is expected to help with transportation, walking & exercise, medication reminders, grooming, companionship, groceries & shopping, meal prep, and bathing. She wants to maintain her independence so it may require redirecting and encouraging her when it gets challenging. It is required she drinks enough fluid and eat enough food to maintain her weight and stay hydrated. Medication cannot be missed or given incorrectly as it results in serious care issues.
