This job is approximately 4 to 8 hrs per month and appointments will be 2 hours long the member has a CG right now but the Caregiver cant assist the member in the morning or afternoon when the member may have an appointment. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include light housekeeping and organizing and transportation. Please advise you will be assisting this member when the other Caregiver cannot assist the member! Thank you!
