CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver nearLongview, TX. Care is needed flexible on days and times and will determine with caregiver and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: mobility (assist with getting up walking alongside for support h/5'7" w/198lbs and h/6"0" w/151lbs ), transportation (medical appt, run errands, grocery shopping all local), light housekeeping ( laundry, sweep/mop, clean bathroom, change bed linens, run vacuum, clean kitchen ect), companionship (assist with ordering groceries).
