I have a bulging disc which is causing sciatica when standing for too long. I can mostly take care of myself but need assistance with daily stretching, cleaning, laundry, cooking, groceries, my dogs, picking up medications, etc Ideal candidate: - experience with physical therapy - someone who can come every morning(5 or 6 days a week works; schedule is flexible)
